At Yggdrasil 2023, we offer a variety of accommodation options to suit your needs and ensure a comfortable and enriching experience.

Community Spaces
Our center also features a spacious ceremony room and a large Tipi, both designed to foster a sense of community and connection. Our outdoor stage and bar set the scene for vibrant celebrations and performances. We also have sound systems and large tents for big gatherings, ensuring that every event is memorable.

Whether you're here for the festival, a healing session, or a retreat, our facilities are designed to enhance your experience and create lasting memories. We look forward to welcoming you to Yggdrasil 2023 at Skutesjön Healing Center.

Accomodation

Lägergården

Our main accommodation facility, is a cozy and welcoming space with 39 beds in 8 rooms, kitchen, 2 shower rooms with 2 toilets each. It's a perfect choice for families with children, as we prioritize their comfort and convenience.

Camping field

Our expansive 0.75-hectare grass field is available for camping. It's an ideal spot for tents, campervans, and mobile homes. Here, you can connect with nature under the stars and enjoy the vibrant festival atmosphere.

Facilities

Registration!

As soon as you get here, one of our volunteers will greet you with open arms and let you know what to do and where to go. Please register before going into the grounds as we will hand you your personalized information for your stay complete with instructions and festival band.

Main Building

Kitchen, Livingroom, Ceremony & Workshop Hall, Saunas

Food serving

2 meals per day is included. Breakfast and dinner. Children have fruits and snacks at more regular intervals.

Tents & More

We have many more outdoor spots and tents for a variety of activities.

Tipi

Our tipi can fit 20-40 people depending on what type of activity is being held. It gives some extra shelter against the elements whilst providing a cozy atmosphere.

Sufi Lounge

Our outdoor stage that doubles as a chill out lounge.

Camp site facilities

There are some power outlets available around the camp site. These might be used for campervans primarily, so it is good to have a power-bank with you. You can always put things to charge in the dining area in Lägergården.

Midgård

Stage for dancing, chilling and hanging out.

Temascal

Temazcal is the traditional Nahuatl word of the Mexica nation for Sweatlodge. There are numerous Native American ways of naming this sacred ‘stone people lodge’, Inipi etc.

In most ways, the sweatlodge is an invitation to re-enter the womb of the Earth - to purify, pray, commune with the elements and Great Mother/ Spirit. At Skutesjös grounds, there are three sweatlodges. Which one will you enter?

Childrens area & activities

There are activities for children so that parents can take some time and go to workshops. For times where there aren't any planned activities for kids, but you as a parent still want some free time, let us know and we will set up a group where parents can organize schedules when they can look after groups of children together in shifts to free up some time. There will be snacks for kids as well as soft indoor hangout spaces where they can relax.

Saunas

We have 2 saunas. 1 wood fired larger, and 1 electrical smaller.

Mapacho temple

For thos who like to use tobacco, we have our Mapacho temple to consecrate, meditate and pray with the plant.

Please don't use tobacco in other places (and please do not use other substances, see our policy on the use of substances here)

FireCircle

We provide the place, wood, you bring the fire and the mood. At our Fire Circle there are ceremonies, spontaneous gatherings and the flame of love, community and hope constantly burning, carrying our intentions for mankind out into the world.

This is also a great place to come and share some music!
