Before leaving the festival
As our time at the Yggdrasil Healing Festival draws to a close, we want to ensure that our departure is as smooth and respectful as our arrival.
Here are some guidelines and reminders to consider before you leave:
-
Pack Up: Ensure you have all your belongings. Check your tent, the main festival area, and any other places you frequented. Remember, any items left behind will be donated if unclaimed after the festival.
-
Clean Up: Let's leave the festival grounds as beautiful as we found them. Dispose of any trash at the recycling stations. If you brought items that generated a lot of trash, please take it back with you. If you rented a bed in a room, please read the check-list on how to leave.
-
Check Lost and Found: Even if you don't think you've lost anything, stop by the Lost and Found. You might find something you didn't realize was missing.
-
Respect the Site: As we pack up and prepare to leave, let's continue to respect the land and local community. Keep noise to a minimum, especially if leaving early in the morning or late at night.
-
Feedback: We'd love to hear about your experience at the festival. Your feedback helps us improve and make future festivals even better. Look out for our feedback forms or online survey.
-
Say Goodbye: Take the time to say goodbye to your new friends. The connections made at Yggdrasil Healing Festival are part of what makes this event so special. Don't forget to exchange contact details to stay in touch and check our site for car shares and ride opportunities.
-
Transportation: Make sure that your selected mode of transportation is working, that your ride-share is still here and that you meet all times you need to get where you need to.
-
Safe Travels: Ensure you're well-rested and ready for the journey home. If you're driving, double-check your vehicle for any issues. Remember, it's okay to ask for help if you need it.
Thank you for being a part of the Yggdrasil Healing Festival. Your presence contributed to the magic of this event. As you return to your daily life, we hope you carry the spirit of the festival with you.
Until next time, safe travels and be well!
